How to raise a concern or complaint.

How to make a complaint:

  1. Contact Us: Please send your complaint via email to complaints@theguardianangel.app. Please provide as much detail as possible.
  2. Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days.
  3. Investigation: We will conduct a thorough investigation into your concerns.
  4. Response: We aim to provide a full response within 15 working days. If the issue is complex, we will keep you updated on our progress.
