1. Application Ownership

The Guardian Angel application, including its source code, design, branding, and all related intellectual property, is the sole property of its founder, Becky Chadburn, and the associated entity. All rights are reserved.

2. User Content

You, the user, retain complete ownership of all data, information, and content you enter into the application. This includes journal entries, evidence logs, personal documents, and any other information stored in your Personal Vault. As per our zero-knowledge privacy policy, we have no access to this data, and it is stored exclusively on your personal device.

3. Licensing and Usage

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Guardian Angel application for its intended purpose of personal safety and wellness. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our application or its underlying software.

4. Mission and Social Enterprise

Guardian Angel is a social enterprise driven by a mission to support survivors. While the intellectual property is protected, the core mission is community-focused. Future development and partnerships will always prioritize the safety, privacy, and well-being of our users over commercial interests.
